Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days after dispatch. Tracking details are shared via email. Prepaid orders lost in transit are fully refunded. COD orders require confirmation. For delivery, returns, exchanges, or refunds, please contact us or refer to our refund policy.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued as store credit only and remain valid for 6 months. A ₹100 exchange fee applies, with up to two exchanges allowed per order. Returns must be unused. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and is subject to inspection.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
