At KNEETOES, we believe great shoes should look stylish and feel comfortable. Every pair is carefully handcrafted with precision and love, and we want every customer to feel confident and happy wearing them.
If something’s not quite right, don’t worry — we’ve got your back.
Please Note:
At Kneetoes, we are committed to providing the best possible service to all our customers. Our working hours are Monday to Saturday, from 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Any calls, messages, or emails received after 6:30 PM will be responded to on the next working day.
Eligibility for Exchange & Return

You may request a size exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

Products bought online or using store credits cannot be exchanged or returned at physical outlets.
Important Guidelines

We offer refunds only as store credit — no cash or bank refunds.

Once delivered, items can only be exchanged or converted into store credit.

Store credit remains valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Store credit cannot be clubbed with other promotional offers or discount codes.

Shoes must be clean, unused, and undamaged for the return to be approved..

Each order is allowed a maximum of two exchanges (size or style).
- A delivery charge of ₹100 will be applied for all exchange orders.
- If you are exchanging a discounted product for one that is currently not on discount, the new product will be billed at its full MRP. Promotional offers or discounts from your original purchase will not be applicable to the new item.

We allow two attempts for reverse pickup. If both fail, customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us at their own expense.

Our 3-month warranty covers manufacturing defects only — not wear and tear. Claims will be verified through inspection at our office.

Items marked as Sale follow a different process:

Style exchanges are not permitted on discounted items.

Some pairs may feature natural creases or marks — these do not affect performance or wearability.

For returns, customers are required to ship the product back to us.

Refunds will be issued as store credit only.

Slight variation in color or heel shape may be present (Block vs. Stiletto).

We’ll replace the item at no extra cost within 7–10 working days after confirmation.
Order Cancellation Policy
To cancel your order, email support@kneetoes.store within 1 hour of placing it.

Orders canceled within the window will receive a full refund (for prepaid purchases) within 7–10 business days.
